Moong Fenuhreek (Methi) Masala Puri
Puri is definitely not healthy but mixing it with mung and fenugreek (methi)can be made delicious and healthy. So let's know how to make it ....

2 cups flour, 1 cup of coriander soaked, 1/2 tsp celery, 1 tsp green chilli finely chopped, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 1/2 tsp Ginger paste, salt according to taste, 1 cup finely chopped fenugreek, 1 lemon juice, 1 tsp turmeric, oil
Method :
irst, grind the coriander and make a fine paste.
Now put flour in the bowl, coriander paste, celery, green chillies, garam masala, asafoetida, ginger paste, and taste.
Then add the fenugreek seeds, lemon juice and turmeric, and knead the dough thoroughly.
Water can also be added as per need.
Cover with wet cloth and keep it for 10 minutes to be set.
Keep the oil in the pan to heat.
Take a little roasted roll of flour with small flakes.
Put it in oil and fry it until it turns golden on both sides.
Serve with favorite cottage cheese, curd and potato tomato curry.
